How should we presevere to the end and run the race that is set before us?
我们应该怎样坚持到底，奔跑我们前面的路程？

一、确定目标

Ⅱ. Throw off the burdens and sins that entangle us
二、除去缠累

Ⅲ. Look up to Jesus
三、仰望耶稣

1. With hope and mission - He rejoiced in the joy that was set before him.

2. With endurance, he scorned shame and endured the suffering of cross
2. 有忍耐——祂就轻看了羞辱，忍受了十字架的苦难

3. With glory - He sat down at the right hand of the throne of God
